Privacy Policy

CreatorFanBase ("we", "us") is an independent online directory of content creators, influencers and AI personalities, operated from creatorfanbase.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any creator listed. For privacy questions, contact us at aditicontentpro@gmail.com.

Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your display name and country. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from that provider.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe provides us with your email, payment status and the last four digits of the card for receipts and support.

Community content. Questions, answers, ratings and shortlists you post are stored so they can be displayed on the site. If you post as a guest, we store the email address you provide with your post.

Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics systems record technical details such as pages visited, browser type, device and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use the information above to:

• run your account, subscription and sign-in links;
• process payments and send receipts;
• show your community contributions and member level;
• respond to enquiries, including brand-partnership enquiries you send us;
• keep the site secure and prevent abuse;
• understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference and let guest features (such as ratings) work. Your browser's controls let you block or delete these, though some features may stop working.

Creator profiles are compiled from publicly available sources — the creators' own public social accounts, platform data and published reports. Follower counts are approximate and refreshed periodically. If you are a creator (or their representative) and want a profile corrected or removed, email us and we will act on verified requests promptly.

We share personal information only with the providers that run the site — our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and our email service for account and enquiry emails — and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and associated data. Email aditicontentpro@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
