Straight answers to the questions people search for.
What is the CreatorFanBase community?
It is the member side of the site: points, levels, and the discussions on the forum. You can take part without buying a brand plan. Levels reward answering and, later, starting threads. Stored follower counts stay on creator profiles and on the rankings.
How do community points work?
Points come from taking part, such as answering questions. This page lists each level and the points it needs. A higher level lets you start discussions and shows a badge. It does not unlock brand search. Those plans are on pricing and start at $29 a month for Starter.
Do I need a subscription to join the community?
No. Community membership is separate from Starter, Growth and Agency. You can read the forum without joining. Posting uses an account or a guest email that is not shown on the thread. A brand plan only opens search results after the first 5.
What are the CreatorFanBase community rules?
No harassment, impersonation, spam, fake ratings, or posting someone's private contact details. A real disagreement about a creator's work is fine. Those rules are on the terms page. We can remove a post and suspend an account. Public handles belong on the profile.
Is the community leaderboard an influencer ranking?
No. This page is about members, their levels and community points. Creator rankings are creators, ordered by stored followers. Mixing the two will send you to a fan instead of a channel. If you came here to hire, use search. If you came to talk, open the forum.
Can brands recruit in the community?
Don't drop pitches into threads. The terms treat advertising posted as community content as spam, and those posts can be removed. A brand that wants creators uses search or the brand partner directory and contacts people from their profiles. The community is not a checkout.
Can I reply as a guest?
Yes. A guest can post an answer with an email. The email stays private, and a one-tap sign-in link creates the account. The reply is still public. Don't use a guest post to publish someone else's personal information. Privacy details are on the privacy page.
How do I report an abusive reply?
Use the report control on the reply, or the contact page if you need a person. Moderation removes content that breaks the rules. A disagreement about a follower count should point at the profile. The count method is on the methodology page, linked from the footer guides.
How do I earn community points?
Points come from taking part, such as answering questions on the forum. This page lists each level and the points it needs. A higher level lets you start discussions and shows a badge. It does not unlock brand search. Those plans are on pricing.
What do community levels unlock?
Higher levels can start discussions and show a badge. Newer members can answer. A level is not an influencer score, not a follower count, and not a brand plan. The names and point lines are on this page. The conversations themselves are on the forum.
Is the community the same as a brand plan?
No. You can take part without buying Starter, Growth or Agency. A brand plan opens search results after the first 5. Community points do not. Every creator profile shows the handle and official links. You can read the forum without joining.
Can I see follower counts in the community?
Not for creators. This page covers member levels and community points. Stored follower counts stay on creator profiles and on the rankings. If you came here to hire, use search. If you came to talk, open the forum.
What gets a community post removed?
Harassment, impersonation, spam, fake ratings, and posting someone's private contact details. A real disagreement about a creator's work can stay. Those rules are on the terms page. We can remove a post and suspend an account. Public handles belong on the profile.
Do guest replies show my email?
No. A guest can post an answer with an email, and the email stays private. A one-tap sign-in link creates the account. The reply itself is public. Don't use a guest post to publish someone else's personal information. Privacy details are on the privacy page.
How is the community different from influencer search?
Search filters profiles by country, niche and follower count. The community is the conversation and the points. Use search when you need names for a campaign. Use the forum when you want to read what members say about a creator who already has a thread.
Who is the CreatorFanBase community for?
Brand marketers, agency planners, founders and creators who want to talk about influencer campaigns. Members ask about markets, formats and creator fit, and share what worked. Reading is open to everyone, and posting needs an account or a guest email. Discussions live on the forum.
Do community badges mean anything outside the forum?
Badges show how active and helpful a member has been in discussions. They are not a rating of any creator and do not change follower counts or directory rankings. Creator ratings and counts stay on profiles. Directory leaderboards for creators are on the rankings page.
Can creators join the community too?
Yes. Creators can join, answer questions about their niche and correct facts about their own work. A creator who wants their directory profile updated should use the official channels on the profile or the contact page, so changes are checked against the official accounts.
Is it free to take part in the community?
Yes. Reading, replying and earning points do not need a paid plan. A paid plan only unlocks full creator search results and exports. If you are planning a campaign after a discussion, plans start with Starter on the pricing page.
How do I start my first community discussion?
Sign in, open the forum and start a thread with a clear question in the title. Add the market, platform or creator it is about, so the right members find it. Linking a creator profile helps others check the same data. Start on the forum.
